Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of EnhanSell, operated by Lemnoria OÜ. It supplements our Terms of Service and defines what you may and may not do with the Service. By using the Service you agree to this AUP.

2. Permitted Use

You may use EnhanSell to:

• Enhance product photos for marketplace listings on platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar.
• Generate listing text (titles, descriptions, tags) for products you sell or intend to sell.
• Manage a catalogue of your own products and their associated images and listings.

All use must be for lawful commercial purposes by an individual aged 18 or older.

3. Content You Upload

You are solely responsible for the images and product data you submit to the Service. You must not upload content that:

• Infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Depicts counterfeit, replica, or unauthorised reproductions of branded goods.
• Is illegal in your jurisdiction or in Estonia.
• Is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful.
• Contains personal data of individuals without their consent (e.g. photos of people used as product images without authorisation).

By uploading an image you represent that you hold the necessary rights to use it for AI processing and to publish the resulting output commercially.

4. AI-Generated Output

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated enhancements and listing text before publishing them on any marketplace. You must not use AI output to:

• Create intentionally misleading, false, or deceptive product descriptions.
• Misrepresent the condition, origin, or authenticity of a product.
• Violate the listing policies of the marketplace platform where you intend to publish.

5. Marketplace Compliance

EnhanSell is a tool to help you create listing content — it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or any other marketplace. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you publish complies with the rules and policies of the platform on which you list.

6. Account and Service Integrity

You must not:

• Share your account credentials with other individuals or organisations.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the Service in a manner not provided or authorised by us.
• Attempt to access data or systems belonging to other users.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may — without prior notice — suspend or permanently terminate your account, remove content, and take any other action we consider appropriate. Repeated or severe violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

Account termination for AUP violations does not entitle you to a refund of any remaining subscription or Top-Up credits.

If you become aware of content or behaviour on the Service that appears to violate this AUP, please report it to us at •••@•••.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
